The functionality and service life of e-drives, engines, transmission units and individual components need to be checked during development. The deltaANALYSER uses vibration analysis during a test run to indicate in detail the causes of creeping damage, ensuring its prompt rectification before more serious consequences ensue.
The eolANALYSER is used to check all manufactured e-drives, engines and transmission units for possible production errors. End-of-line inspections therefore ensure the quality of every manufactured specimen. Fault trends are identified. Production vulnerabilities can be rectified purposefully and cost-efficiently.
Among other things, detailed order tracking is performed to detect vulnerabilities in the various elements of a powertrain. This is only possible if clear speed signals are available. The speedBOX transmits an optimum speed signal to test beds or the vehicle itself, regardless of which signal type a speed encoder emits.
The Reilhofer Order Calculator (ROC) calculates all relevant orders in a powertrain. It maps a specimen with all its rotating parts. This information is used to calculate the matching orders. Doing so makes it easy to identify defective parts.
Reams of data concerning specimen measurements are collected each day in development and production. The Global Failure Database is used to analyse data across different locations and to categorise relevant diagnostic findings. This means that insight acquired in development and production is available at the global level.
