Cookies
Like many other websites, we also use cookies. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your hard drive by a website server. We therefore automatically receive certain data like your IP address, browser, operating system and information on how you are accessing the Internet.
Cookies cannot be used to execute programs or transfer malware to a computer. The information we receive from the cookies helps us to simplify navigation for you and to enable the correct display of our web pages.
On no accounts will the data we collect be transferred to third parties or associated with personal data without your consent.
Naturally, you can generally also access our website without cookies. Internet browsers are usually configured to accept cookies. In most cases, you can adjust your browser settings to block cookies at any time. Kindly click on the Help tab in your Internet browser to learn how to change these settings. Be aware that certain functions on our website may not work if you disable cookies.

We collect some personal data like your name and address, as well as contact and communication details such as your telephone number and email address, when you register to use our personalised services. Once you have registered, you will be able to access the content and services that we offer to registered users only. In addition, registered users are able at any time to edit or delete the data they entered during registration. Naturally, we will also inform you at any time of the personal data we have stored about you. We will gladly rectify or erase this data at your request, except where we are prevented from doing so by statutory storage periods. Newsletter
Where you have provided explicit consent, we will send you our regular newsletter or comparable information to the email address you provided.

In addition, subscribers may be notified by email of information that is relevant to the service or registration itself (for instance changes in the newsletter service or technical circumstances).

This means that we log newsletter registrations, sending of the confirmation email and the requested response. No other data is collected. The data is used exclusively to send the newsletter and will not be transferred to third parties.
You may withdraw your consent to the storage of your personal data and its use in connection with the newsletter at any time. A link with which to do so is included in each newsletter. It is used to allocate your enquiry and to send you our response. The provision of additional data is optional. The details you provide will be stored to process your enquiry and to answer any follow-up questions. This personal data will be erased automatically as soon as the enquiry you sent us has been conclusively settled.

Use of etracker
We use proprietary services on this website to analyse usage data. These services use cookies that enable statistical analysis of how this website is used by its visitors and to display usage-based content or advertising.
etracker processes and stores the data generated in this way exclusively in Germany and on our behalf. This data is therefore subject to the strict German and European data protection laws and standards. etracker was audited and certified by an independent body in this regard and was awarded the data protection mark ePrivacyseal.
Data processing takes place based on the provisions set out in Art. 6 paragraph 1 point f) (legitimate interest) EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR). Our concern as specified in the EU GDPR (legitimate interest) is the optimisation of our online offerings and our web presence. The privacy of our visitors is important to us. Therefore, data that might permit personal identification – e.g. IP address, login ID or device ID – is anonymised or pseudonymised as early as possible. This data is not used for other purposes, associated with other etracker data or transferred to third parties.
You may object to this data processing at any time, provided it involves personal data.

Use of Google Maps
This website uses the Google Maps API for the visual presentation of geographic data. Google also collects, processes and uses data on the use of the map function by visitors when Google Maps is used. For more information about data processing by Google, refer to the Google privacy policies. You can also visit the Data Protection Centre to change your personal privacy settings.
It contains detailed instructions on managing your personal data in connection with Google products.

Embedded YouTube videos

If you are signed into your YouTube account, YouTube will be able to assign your Internet usage to you personally. You can prevent this by first signing out of your YouTube account.
The provider places cookies on your device to collect information about usage behaviour when you start a YouTube video.
Cookies are unlikely to be placed on your device when you watch a YouTube video if you have blocked cookies for the Google ad program as well.
