Consulting

Each project begins with a discovery phase in which we explore the use of our acoustic measurement equipment in your test runs. We advise you on whether and how our diagnosis systems can meaningfully support your tasks. We demonstrate how data analysis takes place and how measurement findings permit conclusions on early stage damage. Learn more about the benefits of our acoustic measurement methods. The purpose is to ensure that you have all the information you need to make efficient decisions on the design of your test facilities.

If you decide on one of our diagnosis systems, we come and install it at your premises. We connect the measurement systems to your test facilities and perform the first analyses. Even after installation is successfully completed, we will remain at your disposal for support tasks. You can reach us in person, and we will ensure prompt assistance with your questions, the analysis of findings or any problems that might occur. We offer support by remote access, telephone, or on site at your facility.

We attach a lot of importance to direct contact with and geographical proximity to our customers. Our customers operate worldwide. Hence, we provide global services with competent contact partners. Reilhofer KG has ten locations in Europe, North America and Asia, all of them in the immediate proximity to the key hubs of the automotive industry. From there, we guarantee direct and rapid contact, no red tape, and intercultural understanding for the target market, often in the local language.

We train your staff to provide the know-how they need to get the most out of the Reilhofer diagnosis systems. The courses address issues such as the evaluation of measurement findings and the detection of faults based on them. Multi-day courses are usually held after installing a diagnosis system at your organisation. Onboarding courses are also available for new staff members.

Project

Particularly when dealing with new developments, the framework conditions for projects are often a little vague, and further modifications need to be performed on the specimens. It follows, therefore, that ongoing project support can be an advisable option for acoustic test runs in order to meet the objectives. We assist in this kind of project, contribute our experience and are available to conduct a variety of measurements at your location.

We can also provide the deltaANALYSER or the eolANALYSER for an on-site test run in special cases, especially for smaller projects. Doing so clearly demonstrates the added value of our acoustic diagnosis system for your test runs and quality control, before you decide on an investment. We are particularly involved in this kind of on-site testing as part of our university cooperation projects.

Financing options

Besides the diagnosis systems and services, we also adapt the terms of payment to the needs of our customers. Whether its financing, straight-up purchasing or leasing: we will always identify the right solution. Just contact us.

We provide a two-year warranty for our acoustic diagnosis systems. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs during this period, we will of course promptly service the equipment or deliver a replacement at no cost to you.
